In 1981, M/s. Bab Pharma Pvt. Ltd. was established to start the manufacturing operations of Babuline and other related products in Mumbai. In 1996, M/s. Bab Pharma Pvt. Ltd. was renamed as Babuline Pharma Pvt. Ltd. This name change was done to take advantage of the brand recognition of Babuline.
